What's Included In Our Maintenance Plans
Our plans include two scheduled visits each year, one before summer to service your air conditioning system and one before winter to service your furnace or heat pump. Each visit walks through the details that matter most: wiring and connections, refrigerant levels, filter condition, drainage lines, safety switches and airflow, all logged so a gradual change, like refrigerant slowly dropping, gets flagged before it turns into a real breakdown.
Consistent servicing does more than prevent emergencies, it keeps your equipment running near its designed efficiency for the long haul. A grimy coil, a worn belt or a clogged filter all make the system work overtime for the same result, and that extra strain shows up on your utility bill long before the unit actually quits.
Members of our plan also get priority scheduling when repairs come up, since we already have a service history on file and can move faster. Every visit is documented, so if an issue keeps resurfacing we can spot the pattern instead of troubleshooting from scratch each time.
